Tackling inequalities across Lochaber
KINLOCHLEVEN is taking action to reduce inequalities by asking the community three questions.
Kinlochleven Action Group is part of the newly-formed Lochaber Community Partnership, which aims to tackle inequalities and disadvantage across Lochaber.
Now the community is being asked: What do you like about living in Kinlochleven? What could be better? What is the first achievable thing we could do as partners to make it happen?
Marie Law, district manager Lochaber, said: ‘ We are inviting residents to come along to Kinlochleven Community Trust’s open day at the trust office on Saturday June 24 from 11am to 2.30pm to meet us in person and help decide.’
Representatives from the partnership will be in Morrisons supermarket, Fort William, tomorrow (Friday June 9), between 1pm and 3pm, asking residents what matters to them.
