Little princess donates hair to charity

The Oban Times - - News -

OBAN youngster Rowan MacCorquodale, eight, grew her hair for a year because she wanted to help little girls with cancer.

Rowan recently paid a visit to hairdresser Christine MacLennan of Reflections Hair Salon, High Street, Oban, who donated her time to prepare and cut Rowan’s hair.

Four 12-inch pleats have now been sent to the Little Princess Trust along with £ 550 which Rowan raised through donations, some at a family wedding in Stornoway, to help pay for the making of the wigs.

Rowan says she now wants to grow her hair again for the Little Princess Trust and to help even more little girls.
