WITH July threat­en­ing to out­strip June as the wettest month since 1938, the Dal­mally Gents Open on July 2 saw some 50 play­ers bat­tle against the el­e­ments. With num­bers close to those of re­cent years, the course held up well. The club was heart­ened to see a great turnout from lo­cal clubs and thanks them for their con­tin­ued sup­port. As the re­sults show, they did well.
