Man denies disorderly charges
A 23-YEAR- OLD man has been charged with behaving in a disorderly manner after he exposed himself to three young boys.
Vadimis Prohorvos of 44 Carn Dearg Road, Claggan, Fort William, appeared from custody at the town’s sheriff court on Wednesday July 19, where he pled not guilty to the charge.
Prohorvos is said to have committed the offence at the Roaring Mill, Glen Nevis, Claggan Road - a popular swimming spot - on July 18 2017.
He is accused of exposing his private parts to boys ages 11, 12 and 13, taking hold of one, hugging him and refusing to let go. He is then said to have followed them and loitered in the area they had taken refuge, and committed a breach of the peace, all while on bail.
Sheriff Eilidh MacDonald granted Prohorvos bail adding these are ‘ very serious allegations which have been made against you’.
His trial was set for Wednesday September 13.
