Woman injured in Inverlochy
AN 88-YEAR- OLD woman was admitted to hospital after an incident at an Inverlochy address last Thursday.
Poilce and fire services attended the incident on Lochy Road, Inverlochy, on Thursday July 27 just before 11pm.
The woman was taken to the Belford Hospital where she received treatment.
A police spokesperson told the Lochaber Times: ‘Police Scotland was made aware of an incident within a house on Lochy Road, Inverlochy, at 10.59pm on Thursday July 27. An 88-year- old woman subsequently received treatment at the Belford Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.’
Police are now assisting the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in an investigation.
An HSE spokesperson said: ‘HSE is aware and is making inquires alongside Scottish Fire and Rescue service.’
