Coun­cil asks pub­lic for pri­or­i­ties

Ar­gyll and Bute Coun­cil is ask­ing the pub­lic what their pri­or­i­ties are for its work in prepa­ra­tion for meet­ing a gap in its fund­ing in 2019, cur­rently es­ti­mated to be around £2.5 mil­lion.

The coun­cil is invit­ing views via a con­sul­ta­tion that will run un­til Novem­ber 20. It asks six ques­tions about coun­cil ser­vices and ideas for mak­ing sav­ings.

The con­sul­ta­tion will be avail­able on­gyll­ and copies will be in cus­tomer ser­vice points or on 01546 604323.
