THE CURE IS 15% OF BREXIT VOW CASH
JUST 15 per cent of the extra cash Brexiteers promised the NHS if we quit the EU would save our A&Es.
Labour MP Chuka Umunna, chair of pressure group Vote Leave Watch, says £52million a week could end the crisis.
The amount is a fraction of the £350million a week Brexiteers including Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson claimed the NHS could get if we are not paying into Brussels.
Mr Umunna said: “The Government mustst use the money promised by Leaveave campaigners to give A&E services vices the boost they need.
“There is no running unning away from the fact the e NHS needs more money.”
And Lib Dem former health minister Normann Lamb added: “Five members of Theresa May’s current Cabinet spent the referendum campaign in a big red bus promising to spend £350million more a week on the NHS. They need to keep their promise and give our NHS the funding it needs to ov overcome the pressure it is under.” A £52million£52mil a week cash in injection would doub double the presen present £2 £2.7billion a annual A&E budget.
