Boys dead below cliff
THE bodies of two teenage boys have been found at the bottom of a sea cliff.
Coastguards recovered the pair, both aged 17, after they were found by police on Friday night.
Officers in Saltburn, North Yorks, were trying to work out the circumstances of the deaths yesterday.
The incident happened just hours after a woman, 58, was pulled from the sea near the town’s pier.
RNLI helmsman Mark Reeves said: “She was up to her neck in water and the sea was breaking over her.”
A body has been found in a coastguard helicopter that crashed into sea off County Mayo on March 13. Two other officers from the aircraft are still missing.
