Killer’s ex gun terror over ticket

THE ex- wife of Texas church gunman Devin Kelley told how he threatened to shoot her after she got speeding ticket.

Tessa Brennaman said Kelley pulled a gun from a holster and put it to her head repeatedly snarling: “Do you want to die?”

In her first TV interview Tessa said Kelley, who killed or wounded 46 people in a rifle rampage last Sunday, “had a lot of demons or hatred inside”.

Four years ago Kelley, then serving in the US Air Force, was jailed for a year and demoted for beating up Tessa and their young son.

Tessa said he had often subjected her to abuse and violence and threatened to kill her entire family.

His slaughter in the tiny town of Sutherland Springs was said to have been prompted by a feud with his former mother-in-law.

Kelley was chased from the scene by two locals before killing himself. SEVEN-year-old Archie Cook hopes to be a dustman – and got a lift to school in a bin lorry as a birthday surprise in Nottingham.
