Hard rains gonna fall
TORRENTIAL rain is about to lash Britain with up to two inches set to fall in 24 hours in some parts.
A yellow weather warning was in force for the west coast last night.
And areas of South Wales are expected to be worst hit. The showers will continue into the north east throughout today.
Met Office forecaster Sophie Yeomans said: “We’ve had the odd rumble of thunder, there’s been a lot of rainfall and there may be flooding in patches.
“Sunday will be a day of sunshine and showers, but if you catch a shower it may be pretty severe.”
