The US President, left, cried off because of bad weather and Sir Nicholas Soames said: “Pathetic inadequate Donald Trump couldn’t even defy the weather to pay his respects.” Mr Trump was due at the American cemetery in Belleau yesterday where, in 1918, 1,800 US troops died repelling German forces.
