She must be great in bed – she can find a boyfriend on the run

-

guilty, had been moving between various properties, including in the UK, France and the US.

And she says she was living at her latest bolthole, named Tucked Away, with a new boyfriend, who she has been dating for around eight months.

She said: “Ghislaine moved around a lot over the last couple of years. She was in Europe for part of that time, both France and the UK, but she wasn’t in Paris at that apartment that has been claimed.

“She was in the UK, but never the house in Belgravia. She hasn’t been there for a very long time. The rest of the time was in the US. When Jeffrey was arrested I told her to get the f*** away, but she didn’t want to.

“She was afraid people were going to try and kill her because she was getting death threats but she wasn’t worried about the police.”

Asked about Maxwell’s latest boyfriend, she said: “All I can say is she must be great in bed because she can find a boyfriend on the run!

“I don’t know much about him, but I know he was wonderful to her.”

Court documents lodged by US investigators earlier this week claim

Maxwell has millions of pounds spread across at least 15 bank accounts.

They claimed that in the last three years, she had taken at least 15 flights to locations such as Japan and Qatar.

The true value of Maxwell’s wealth is not known but Ms Goldman claims she is not a wealthy woman.

“She doesn’t have loads of money, don’t believe that,” she said. “She has always told me in recent years she’s tight for money. I’m not sure she bought this house in New Hampshire. I think someone is giving her money. They might be people who want to keep things quiet.”

Maxwell first met Epstein when she moved to New York after the death of her father in 1991.

Ms Goldman said: “All Ghislaine ever said to me was, ‘I alone can’t keep him happy’.

“She knew he was cheating on her, but she thought of that like she thought of her father who had done the same thing, so she thought that was normal. She would humiliate herself for him. I know that she loved Jeffrey. Was that a mistake? Clearly.”

She added of Epstein, who was photographed multiple times with Donald Trump: “She was scared to death of Jeffrey. He talked to her like dirt. She was one of the help – she didn’t want to see it, but she was. She did leave him several times, but she always ended up going back.

“After he died... she said ‘I’m finally free’.”

Ms Goldman also said that although she supports Ghislaine, she also supports her most high-profile accuser, Virginia Giuffre.

She said: “Virginia has done a wonderful job of getting justice and she has every right to do that.

“I’m not anti Virginia – I believe victims and I believe Ghislaine was also a victim of Epstein.” Maxwell is currently in jail awaiting a court hearing in New York. Ms Goldman, who was herself sentenced to five years of high-restrictive probation in 2011 after admitting harassing a former lover, said: “She’ll be fine in prison. She’ll be the most popular girl there.” Andrew and his legal team vehemently deny any wrongdoing.

The Duke’s lawyers have previously said he has offered to be a witness in the FBI’S case three times, but US prosecutors insist he has declined their request for interview. Commenting on Ms Goldman’s claims, a source close to Andrew’s legal team last night told the Sunday People: “None of this brings the victims of Epstein any closer to justice, nor does it explain why the DOJ continue to focus their efforts on the Duke, who met Epstein less then 10 times, 20 years ago.”
