Celebrate Burns Night

The People's Friend Special - - THINGS TO DO -

Join the Annasach Ceilidh Band in their informal celebration of the Bard’s birthday in the hidden gem of Edinburgh’s Old Town, the Counting House, a venue where Robert Burns himself was once entertained! Enjoy a ceilidh and buffet supper with haggis (of course!), neeps and tatties and a complimentary wee dram to wash it all down.

Tickets can be purchased at or at the door, but be warned that it has sold out for the last three years. The Burns Ceilidh runs for three nights – January 22, 23 and 24.
