Moving Words

I was recently reading through some back copies of the “Friend” magazine and came across the poem “Childhood Memories”, written by Trevor Crocker and sent in to Between Friends by his friend Mrs J.L., of Australia.

I thought the words were so beautiful, I just had to put pen to paper to say thank you for sharing this.

I rang my sister straight away with the intention of reading the poem out to her but couldn’t because of the emotion these lovely lines evoked in me. My sister had to go and buy a copy of “The People’s Friend”, and also loved the poem.
