Overnight Pineapple Bircher Muesli

(5½ oz) Dole® Tropical Gold® pineapple chunks (in resealable fridge packs)
110 g (3¾ oz) no-added-sugar fruit and nut muesli
1 tbs chia seeds
6 tbs 0% fat Greek yoghurt
1 Drain the pineapple juice into a medium bowl, then chop the pineapple chunks roughly. Reserve a quarter of the pineapple for topping, and add the remainder to the bowl.
2 Add the muesli, chia seeds and yoghurt and mix well.
3 Divide the mixture between jars for breakfast on the go or leave in the bowl, covered, and refrigerate overnight.
4 Serve topped with the reserved pineapple.
