Overnight Pineap­ple Bircher Muesli

150 g

(5½ oz) Dole® Trop­i­cal Gold® pineap­ple chunks (in re­seal­able fridge packs)

110 g (3¾ oz) no-added-sugar fruit and nut muesli

1 tbs chia seeds

6 tbs 0% fat Greek yo­ghurt

1 Drain the pineap­ple juice into a medium bowl, then chop the pineap­ple chunks roughly. Re­serve a quar­ter of the pineap­ple for top­ping, and add the re­main­der to the bowl.

2 Add the muesli, chia seeds and yo­ghurt and mix well.

3 Di­vide the mix­ture be­tween jars for break­fast on the go or leave in the bowl, cov­ered, and re­frig­er­ate overnight.

4 Serve topped with the re­served pineap­ple.
