AFAM­ILY and Friends Ad­van­tage scheme is now avail­able at three Tay­lor Wim­pey de­vel­op­ments in Peter­bor­ough.

This in­vest­ment op­por­tu­nity of­fers friends or relatives pro­vid­ing a de­posit up to 20 per cent of the price of a se­lected new home at any of the de­vel­op­ments a guar­an­teed five per cent re­turn on their out­lay ev­ery year for the next five years.

A range of len­ders is sup­port­ing the new Fam­ily and Friends Ad­van­tage scheme, and Hal­i­fax is of­fer­ing an ex­clu­sive range of fixed and tracker mort­gages with a loan to value of 80 per cent for Tay­lor Wim­pey cus­tomers us­ing the in­cen­tive.
