A CITY pizza place has created a special topping to raise awareness about testicular cancer.

Papa John’s Pizza, in Lincoln Road, Peterborough, has launched a new pizza to support the Everyman charity’s Male Cancer Awareness Month in June.

The pizza is topped with spicy meatballs, pepperoni, jalapeno slices and red onions and 50p from every pizza sold will go to the Everyman campaign.

Syed Khalid Mahmood Bokhari, franchise owner of Papa John’s Peterborough, said: “The Everyman Campaign is a fantastic cause worth supporting. We all agreed that the best way to support Everyman would be to do what we do best – create a pizza.” For more information on Everyman visit www.everymancampaign.org
