here, and still work here can’t afford the houses that are being built, and don’t qualify for the partownership deals either! When will the council realise they need to fix what they have before they add to it

PUzzlED appalling lack of infrastructure and the need for new housing, or everyone will continue to suffer a reduced quality of life - The Tory administration that has been running this city for as long as anyone can remember (be it led by Peach or Cereste) have presided over the provision of cut-price services while the well-heeled have paid minimal council tax and can buy their own access to private education, private healthcare, private sports facilities etc.

The council is going to need to make cuts to the bare-bones infrastructure we have. i.e. it’s only going to get worse.

And this isn’t down to immigration (that is merely a crisis which has exposed the city’s weaknesses), but because the councillors have had anything more to offer the electorate than low council tax and a load of old blarney.
