Charlie’s Angel is in need of new home

The Peterborough Evening Telegraph - - Neighbourhood News -

A FARM has a Charlie’s Angel to sell to a loving home.

Sacrewell Farm and Country Centre inThornhaugh is selling its Buff Orpington Cockerel called Charlie’s Angel for £30.

It has the nickname Charlie’s Angel because its father is called Charlie. The farm is looking to sell him because they have had it since it was a chick but now there are too many cockerels in the roost.

The Orpington chicken is very docile and suitable for families with small children.

They also tend to be smarter than other breeds, some Orpingtons have learned tricks and they usually come when their name is called.

Anyone interested in buying him should call the centre on 01780 782254.
