Take part in a record break­ing at­tempt at Peter­bor­ough’s Ferry Mead­ows Coun­try Park to­mor­row. All you have to do is turn up to the vis­i­tors cen­tre wear­ing green at noon. The Nene Val­ley Model Rail­way Club holds an ex­hi­bi­tion at Sacrewell Farm and Coun­try Cen­tre to­mor­row. Traders will be show­cas­ing sec­ond hand and new gauges from 10am to 4pm. There will also be live steam lo­co­mo­tives and a Thomas the Tank En­gine lay­out. En­try is £4 for adults

and £3 for chil­dren.


Chris­tian Bale stars as the caped cru­sader in Bat­man Be­gins on ITV1 tonight. The film ex­plores the ori­gins of the Bat­man leg­end and the Dark Knight’s emer­gence as a force for good in Gotham. The film fol­lows the Bri­tain’s Got Tal­ent fi­nal at 10pm.

US punk band The Flat­lin­ers re­turn to Peter­bor­ough tonight. They play Club Revo­lu­tion, in Park Road, from 7.30pm. Sup­port is from Dirty Kirst, Sammy’s Fa­tal Mis­take and Decades and Dig­i­tal. Tick­ets cost £7.50
