Music boost for charity
PARENTS who held a concert in aid of a charity which helped them when their son underwent surgery have raised thousands of pounds. Lewis and Natalie Slack now have a total of £4,661 after the concert in May, and have also received a £1,000 donation from Fenland Archery Club. Little Harry Slack had life-saving open heart surgery at 13 weeks. His parents, of Nobles Close, Coates, are supporting the Sick Children’s Trust’s Rainbow House property, which provides relatives with accommodation.
