IF you want to give the foot­ball a miss, en­joy a night of glitz and glam­our at Stam­ford’s Burgh­ley House to­mor­row.

The house will pro­vide the dra­matic back­drop for a sum­mer con­cert by top Abba trib­ute band Bjorn Again.

Formed in 1988, the Aus­tralian band quickly built a rep­u­ta­tion as a satir­i­cal par­ody of ABBA – one of the world’s best-sell­ing bands – fast be­com­ing a brand in its own right and achiev­ing world­wide cult sta­tus.

The suc­cess of the mu­si­cal and film Mamma Mia! has seen an in­crease in the de­mand to see Bjorn Again – and you can find out why to­mor­row.

The group will be sup­ported by 80’s sen­sa­tion Bucks Fizz, fea­tur­ing Ch­eryl Baker, so bring a pic­nic, friends and sing a long for an evening to re­mem­ber.

Gates open at 5pm, Bucks Fizz will start at 8pm fol­lowed by an in­ter­val.

Bjorn Again be­gin at 9.15pm and con­clude at 10.30pm with a fire­works fi­nale.

Ad­vance tick­ets can be booked on 01780 752451 and cost £28.50 for adults, £15 for five to 15-year-olds and un­der five’s get in free.

Tick­ets pur­chased on the gate of the con­cert will be priced at £32.50 for adults.
