SALMA HAYEK’S intense fear of snakes has been caught on camera. The actress was doing an interview with Grown Ups co-stars MAYA RUDOLPH and MARIA BELLO with US show Extra when a slippery intruder slithered onto the set. With the cameras still rolling, Salma jumped up on her chair, despite wearing high heels and a short dress, and clambered over Maya, shouting: “Oh my God, somebody, please do something!” As the snake was removed, Salma – who performed a dance with a python in 1996 film Dusk ‘Till Dawn – and Maria huddled together as they balanced on the edge of Maya’s chair, before stepping down once the unexpected visitor had gone.

KATHERINE HEIGL has confessed she found her foray into action in new movie Killers “painstaking”. The actress stars with ASHTON KUTCHER in the comedy and confessed she didn’t do her own stunts and didn’t relish the action scenes. Katherine said at the movie’s London premiere: “It’s really fun but it’s little bits at a time, so it’s a little bit painstaking for me. I like those dialogue scenes where you’re sort of bantering.” She added: “One of my favourite scenes of the movie was the pregnancy test scene because that was just sort of Ashton and I improv-ing. I thought that we were really good at bickering together!”
