You could help spread mes­sage of adop­tion

Do any of your read­ers have an adop­tion con­nec­tion? Would they like to use their knowl­edge and ex­pe­ri­ence to en­cour­age mem­bers of their lo­cal com­mu­nity to find out more about adop­tion?

The Bri­tish As­so­ci­a­tion for Adop­tion & Fos­ter­ing (BAAF) is launch­ing a unique ini­tia­tive Adop­tion Cham­pi­ons.

BAAF is look­ing for both adop­tive par­ents and adopted peo­ple, across the UK, to sign up to help spread the mes­sage about adop­tion. It could be any­thing rang­ing from putting up a poster to giv­ing a talk at a cof­fee morn­ing.

Any­one over 18 with ex­pe­ri­ence of adop­tion can sign up to the scheme with most ac­tiv­i­ties tak­ing place dur­ing Nation Adop­tion Week (Novem­ber 1 to Novem­ber 7).
