Thieves steal rare bricks from rail site

RARE bricks have been stolen from the Railworld vis­i­tor cen­tre in Peter­bor­ough. Thieves broke into the site, off Oun­dle Road, be­tween 7pm on Tues­day and 8am on Wed­nes­day by cut­ting through heavy se­cu­rity chains on the gates. They stole the 19th cen­tury hand­made bricks, which came from an old rail­way sta­tion. Po­lice be­lieve a van or lorry would have been needed.
