New cycling scheme for disabled people
A SCHEME to help disabled people get into cycling is being launched on Saturday at Ferry Meadows Country Park, off Oundle Road, Orton Waterville. From noon to 3pm, people can try out specially-adapted bikes for free, with help from cycle coaches and experienced disabled cyclists. The project is run by Vivacity, the new Peterborough Culture and Leisure Trust, the Nene Park Trust, Dial Peterborough, The Mobility Aids and Lakeside Leisure. Find out more by calling 01733 863807.
