Honour for schools
NINE schools in Peterborough are to be awarded for their work to cater for the needs of all their children.
The Inclusion Charter Mark will be presented at a ceremony at William Law Primary School, Twelvetree Avenue, Werrington, Peterborough, on July 1. Peterborough City Council launched the Inclusion Charter Mark award four years ago to recognise and celebrate schools that provide high quality flex- ible, specialist educational opportunities to meet the needs of all their pupils. Eyrescroft Primary School and All Saints Junior School are the latest to achieve the charter mark. Dogsthorpe Junior School, Middleton Primary School, Norwood Primary School, Orton Wistow Primary School, Parnwell Primary School, West Town Primary and William Law Primary will be re-accredited after receiving the award in 2007.
