Help for read­ers to ac­cess li­braries

HELP is on hand for peo­ple who love read­ing but strug­gle to get to their lo­cal li­brary be­cause of health or mo­bil­ity prob­lems. Peo­ple can be matched with a friendly vol­un­teer from Cam­bridgeshire Li­braries Doorstep Ser­vice. The help­ful vol­un­teers will visit peo­ple in vil­lages, in­clud­ing Yax­ley, Stil­ton, Sawtry and Farcet, once a month with a sup­ply of books. Peo­ple can request the kind of books they en­joy.
