Date for po­lice meet­ing is set

THE date for the next po­lice neigh­bour­hood panel meet­ing in the south of the city has been set.

The meet­ing, which is held ev­ery three months, will take place on July 6 at the Brew­ster Av­enue In­fant School, in Brew­ster Av­enue, Wood­ston, Peter­bor­ough, from at 7pm to 9pm.

It is for res­i­dents who live in Flet­ton, Stan­ground Cen­tral, Stan­ground East and Or­ton with Hampton.

Dur­ing the first part of the meet­ing, res­i­dents will hear up­dates on the three pri­or­i­ties set at the last meet­ing on April 6.

They were in­cluded park­ing prob­lems in Hampton, anti-so­cial be­hav­iour at night in High Street, Flet­ton, and com­mu­nity co­he­sion in Fel­lowes Gar­dens, Flet­ton. Peo­ple at­tend­ing will then be able to have their say on the three pri­or­i­ties to be set for the fol­low­ing three months.
