The Peterborough Evening Telegraph - - Neighbourhood News -

RESIDENTS have been complaining about bikers creating a noise nuisance in the Welland and Dogsthorpe areas. Cllr Adrian Miners said he has received complaints from residents in Redmile Walk, Illston Place and Rotherby Grove, where a young man has been seen riding a motorcycle, which is not equipped with a silencer. It is thought that the culprit is living in the Redmile Walk area and has been seen riding the bike near the entrances of Welland and Newark Hill Primary School.
