Meet this week’s company car driver

The Peterborough Evening Telegraph - - ET Business -

Q: Have you noticed that the World Cup has been a distraction in your business dealings? A: It has given our customers, suppliers and staff a sense of unity and common ground for debate and banter. We offered all our staff the opportunity to watch the crucial game against Slovenia. Our holiday parks have also enjoyed a boost, particularly in our restaurants and bars! Q: Do you think, overall, that George Osborne’s first budget was good for business? A: I think it was a fair budget across the board and clearly all the cuts a necessity to cover the deficit. The various changes to taxation will affect everyone, although it was pleasing Advertising all of its business benefits on a more pro-active basis. It has a wonderful city centre, and only 50 minutes into London (it takes longer than that to get across London!) and has the A1 on its doorstep - it should try and get more businesses to move here with great new office space available and amenities.
