SKIPPY is one of many an­i­mal vic­tims of crime.

In Septem­ber, rustlers made off with 1,500 sheep and lambs from a farm, near Louth, in Lin­colnshire.

Cum­bria Po­lice warned peo­ple to be on their guard at the end of Novem­ber af­ter a string of turkey thefts in the Eden Val­ley, near Carlisle.

In 198 , world fa­mous race­horse Sher­gar was stolen and has never been seen since.

He was owned by the Aga Khan and went miss­ing from his sta­bles at the Bal­ly­many Stud.

It is sus­pected he was snatched by the IRA.
