Teenager sends her tribute
ATHIRTEEN-YEAR-OLD has raised more than £2,000 for the cancer charity that helped care for her much-loved grandmother.
Teenager Chelsee Fitzjohn-foster, from Hampton Vale, gave £2,500 to Macmillan Cancer Support after masterminding fundraising events in memory of Bobbie Foster, who died in April 2010.
Chelsee organised a fun day on November 6 which attracted around 400 people to Peterborough Sports and Leisure Club, in Lincoln Road.
Michelle Duell, partner of Chelsee’s father, said: “She was happy to have raised a great amount and was a tearful little girl on the day of the fundraiser.”
