Heritage comments have my agreement

The Peterborough Evening Telegraph - - News - TRUE PETERBORIAN

REGARDS the letter headlined “Heritage has been destroyed” in The Evening Telegraph on December 13.

Well said Stanny boy - I’m sure a good percentage of people will agree with you.

Who wants to eat in Cathedral Square on a warm sunny day with the screams of children running through the fountains (if working) with the aroma of burger and chips - right in front of the wonderful Cathedral.

I must say St John’s Church looks lovely, don’t know about the grass area, very nice but cannot see it lasting over the summer months as a peaceful spot for a rest.

It’s like the changes is areas of Fletton/peterborough.

Born one side of the spring you are Peterborough, the other side Fletton.

I was born in Peterborough but the council say I’m Fletton.
