Winter health tips from hospital chiefs
HEALTH chiefs are warning of the dangers of cold weather this winter. NHS Peterborough is advising people to ‘Keep Warm, Keep Well’ and take a few measures that can make a big difference to safety and wellbeing. These include stocking up on food and medicines, heating the house and getting a flu jab. Health staff are also asking people to look out for elderly and vulnerable friends and relatives who might need help.
