Man fined for being drunk and disorderly
A MAN who refused to go home while drunk when told to by police has been fined. Guiseppe D’agostino (35), of Allen Road, Peterborough, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court yesterday. The court heard he had been ejected from a bar, but refused to get a taxi when police told him to go home on December 3. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
