Con­fi­dence coach to speak at new year char­ity lunch

A CHAR­I­TA­BLE din­ing group has lined up an in­spi­ra­tional guest speaker who can help peo­ple re­alise their new year res­o­lu­tions.

Ladies Who Lunch For Char­ity is an in­for­mal group set up to raise money for Arthri­tis UK.

De­spite ini­tially be­ing set up just for women, the club has now ex­pand- ed and men can at­tend as well.

The group meets on a reg­u­lar ba­sis to net­work and dis­cuss changes they want to make in their life – both per­son­ally and pro­fes­sion­ally.

The next event will take place on Jan­uary 3 at the Wil­liam Ce­cil Ho­tel, Stam­ford, and the guest speaker will be con­fi­dence coach Lind­sey Reed from Glows Coach­ing.

Lind­sey said: “I’m so pleased to be help­ing what is a truly wor­thy char­ity. So of­ten we drift in life and don’t spend time de­cid­ing what we want for our­selves.

“We make New Year’s res­o­lu­tions with­out think­ing about what we want to get out of life, how we want to be or how we can make this hap­pen.”
