Chartered surveyor gets rubber stamp of approval

-

STAMFORD-BASED Gowers Surveyors has been awarded ISO 9001, the standard by which customers know they are going to get a consistent level of quality and service.

Experts in building surveys and valuations, the firm achieved this high standard through consistent, highlevel quality management and customer focus.

Managing director Paul Gowers said: “We are really pleased to achieve this certification. I pride myself on setting high benchmarks for quality and customer service, often going the extra mile for my customers. With the ISO 9001 certification, we now have independently verified proof for our customers that they can expect a professional and friendly service, delivered to a very high standard.”

ISO 9001 aims to help businesses of all sizes become more structured and organised in their approach to business. Businesses that aim for and achieve ISO 9001 benefit from greater consistency in their day-to-day operations thus improving the quality of service provided to customers.

But achieving the registration is only the start; they must maintain these high levels to retain their certification.
