Film night returns with The Help
THE Deepings film night returns this week. Deepings Arts’ film night returns on Thursday, May 10 with The Help - a drama about a novelist who decides to write a book about the life of two black maids during 1960s America. This year the monthly cinema is in the Priory Church Hall, in Church Street, Deeping St James. It has already had success with British comedies Chalet Girl starring Bill Nighy and Submarine. The cinema is held on the second Thursday of every month with doors opening at 7.15pm and the film starting at 7.30pm. Tickets are £3.50 on the door.
