Col­lege helps adults to study

A COL­LEGE in Peter­bor­ough is host­ing a spe­cial event to en­tice adults back into the class­room.

City Col­lege Peter­bor­ough, in Brook Street, is join­ing col­leges na­tion­ally to cel­e­brate Adult Learn­ers’ Week.

The col­lege will be vis­it­ing busi­nesses, schools and cen­tres across the city in­clud­ing Land Reg­istry, Nat­u­ral Eng­land, In­de­sit and Wit­ter­ing Com­mu­nity Cen­tre and en­cour­age adults to have a go at some­thing new. Mar­ket de­vel­op­ment man­ager, Jackie Hall, said “Adult Learn­ers’ Week is a fan­tas­tic time to cel­e­brate all the great learn­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties avail­able for adults and young peo­ple across the city.
