THE finals of the Bourne Winter Pool League turned into a family affair.

Jess Cox claimed the singles title at Bourne Snooker Club by beating brother and fellow Red Lion B player Jim 3-2 in the final.

Mark Kelham and John Lord of Snooker A saw off in-house rivals Ian Cottom and Pete Smith of Snooker B to take the doubles crown while the mixed doubles also went to Snooker A courtesy of the Lewis Roberts/patricia Roberts pairing.

They beat team-mates Graham and Leanne Wakefield in the decider but Leanne made amends when seeing off Jo Coleman of Anchor to take the ladies singles.

The summer league, involving 11 teams, is due to get under way tomorrow night.
