Chance to go ghost hunting

-

GHOST hunters are being sought to help check out Peterborough’s newly revamped museum.

Members of Eeerie Evenings plan to investigate reports that the recent multi-million pound refurbishment has disturbed the resident ghosts and drastically increased the level of paranormal activity at the building in Priestgate.

A spokesman said: “The night will include the opportunity to enjoy psychic readings from the experienced mediums present. Guests will learn about the history of the site with tales of its past residents and its present hauntings during a tour of this fascinating venue.

“Once darkness has descended, the vigils will begin as the various groups investigate the most haunted areas of the building.

“Guests will be able to take part in experiments such as séance, dowsing and table-tipping, with the opportunity to use real ghost-hunting equipment during the overnight vigils.

“Refreshments will be provided throughout, as ghost-hunting can be thirsty work. We are looking for brave individuals to join us on the night.”

Anyone who would like more details and costs of the event on June 2 from 8pm to 2.30am call Eerie Evenings on 0845 201 3994.
