Personal injury team feted

The Peterborough Evening Telegraph - - Etbusiness Daily -

THE personal injury team at Roythornes Solicitors has achieved significant recognition for the quality of their work by becoming accredited to the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

To achieve accredited status, the city law firm had to demonstrate the efficiency of its procedures and quality of its training, which, according to partner and head of personal injury Victoria Stevenson, came as second nature.

She said: “We act for the clients of a number of large financial institutions who demand the very highest service standards, so we were confident we would also meet the APIL standard.

“To have achieved the recognition is a great testament to the team, who work very hard on behalf of our clients.”

As an independent assessment of the work of the firm, the expectation is that meeting the APIL standard will help potential clients decide to instruct Roythornes in their personal injury claims.

Victoria added: “The personal injury market does not always get the best press, but by constantly pushing ourselves to improve the services we offer, we hope that clients will see how we are different and that they can be assured that we will be working hard on their behalf.”
