Posnett is voted player of the season

AFC Whittlesey Under 15s have held third annual presentation night.

Club sponsors Boon Brothers and Stevenage Packaging were on hand to dish out the awards following a season which ended in a runners-up finish in the Cambs Girls League.

Award winners: Player-of-the-season - Annie Posnett, Players’ player - Stacie Boon, Manager’s player - Charley Ireland. Parents’ player - Sophie Powell.

AFC Whittlesey are looking for girls to join their team next season at Under 16 level. Anyone interested, who will be in in school year 10 or 11 in September, should contact Andy Powell on 01733 351397 or 07970 887785.
