An­nual fes­ti­val set to pro­vide fam­i­lies with fun-filled days

PREPA­RA­TIONS are un­der way for an an­nual fes­ti­val in Or­ton Longueville.

The Bo­tolph Green Res­i­dents’ As­so­ci­a­tion is cur­rently or­gan­is­ing its sixth an­nual Fes­ti­val on the Green.

The event will take place at Bo­tolph Green on Satur­day, June 16 and Sun­day, June 17 and peo­ple are be­ing urged to pen­cil it in their diaries if they would like to en­joy the event.

John Sharman, from the Bo­tolph Green Res­i­dents’ As­so­ci­a­tion, said: “This will be an event which all the fam­ily can en­joy.

“There will be a num­ber of arena dis­plays, mu­sic, dance, sport­ing dis­plays, stalls, in­flat­a­bles, face paint­ing, a fam­ily dog show, as well as food and drink.”

As well as the fes­ti­val, the group will also be show­ing the Eng­land vs Swe­den Euro 2012 foot­ball match on Fri­day, June 15 from 7.45pm.

Tick­ets cost £12 for adults and £5 for chil­dren. Tick­ets to watch the foot­ball cost £5.
