In­trud­ers steal ar­ray of sta­ble equip­ment

Rid­ers have stolen an ar­ray of valu­able eques­trian equip­ment af­ter break­ing into sta­bles.

Thieves stole a sad­dle, bri­dle, girth and gloves af­ter break­ing into the yard in Floods Ferry, March, overnight dur­ing De­cem­ber 27 and De­cem­ber 28.

PCSO Rachel Chev­er­ton said: “Th­ese items are ex­tremely valu­able to the owner and it is im­por­tant we trace them.

“I would urge any­one with in­for­ma­tion to con­tact me. I am also keen to hear from any­one who thinks they may have been of­fered the stolen items.”

The theft comes l ess than a week af­ter sim­i­lar equip­ment was taken from a sta­bles in Ire­ton’s Way, Chat­teris. Thieves broke i nto the yard overnight dur­ing De­cem­ber 22 and De­cem­ber 23.
