Cook looks to old slogan
Struggling tour operator Thomas Cook has launched a newTVadvertising campaign as it seeks to revive its fortunes. Featuring a tongue- in- cheek journey homefrom holiday, the brand will re- employ its famous tag line, ‘ Don’t just book it, Thomas Cook it’. The operator kicked offits campaign on Christmas Day. It sees Thomas Cook offering 10 per cent offmillions of holidays. The £ 5 million advertising campaign will highlight the newprice parity scheme which will see the end of online discounts.
