Strug­gling tour op­er­a­tor Thomas Cook has launched a newTVad­ver­tis­ing cam­paign as it seeks to re­vive its for­tunes. Fea­tur­ing a tongue- in- cheek jour­ney home­from hol­i­day, the brand will re- em­ploy its fa­mous tag line, ‘ Don’t just book it, Thomas Cook it’. The op­er­a­tor kicked of­fits cam­paign on Christ­mas Day. It sees Thomas Cook of­fer­ing 10 per cent offmil­lions of hol­i­days. The £ 5 mil­lion ad­ver­tis­ing cam­paign will high­light the new­price par­ity scheme which will see the end of on­line dis­counts.
