Good line- up for the HA JAC League

This weekend sees the start of the popular HA JAC Winter League and again organiser Roy Whincup has managed to rally the troops and should end up with a good line- up of teams.

I spoke to him earlier in the week and he was still unsure as to the exact pegging for the match as the likes of Raveley Drain has not been fished that much recently and he was concerned about its form.

The venues booked are Raveley, Ramsey Narrows, Benwick and Factory Bank. That’s not good news to all the pleasure anglers as at least one of these prime winter venues will not be used but they may not find out until the morning of the match!

No matter where the match is fished the draw will be at the George Inn at 8.15am.
