Emer­gency ser­vices called to sud­den death in city

Emer­gency ser­vices were called to a prop­erty in Peter­bor­ough fol­low­ing the sud­den death of a man. Cam­bridgeshire po­lice were called to the ad­dress at Maskew Av­enue, New Eng­land, Peter­bor­ough at about 3.35pm yes­ter­day (Wed­nes­day) fol­low­ing re­ports of the death. A num­ber of po­lice cars and an am­bu­lance all at­tended the scene, and were there for more than an hour. A spokesman for the po­lice said for­mal iden­ti­fi­ca­tion had not taken place, but they could con­firm a man had died. The po­lice spokesman said the death was not be­ing treated as sus­pi­cious. How­ever, the cause of the death has not been re­vealed.
