Long ser­vice awards for work­ers at con­struc­tion com­pany

A con­struc­tion firm in Peter­bor­ough has hosted an awards cer­e­mony to hon­our its long­est serv­ing mem­bers of staff. Prince­build, of Emp­sonRoad, held an awards cer­e­mony at the Peter­bor­ough Mar­riott ho­tel to launch the new long ser­vice awards scheme­andto cel­e­brateth­eded­i­ca­tionofthe many long serv­ing staff mem­bers.

All staff with more than 10 years’ ser­vice were in­vited to at­tendtheeven­tandw­erep­re­sent­ed­with­com­pa­ny­branded pins and a fi­nan­cial bonus for 10, 15, 20and25years’ser­vice.

In to­tal, 47 staff were pre­sent­ed­with­awards, in­clud­ing a spe­cial long ser­vice award for com­pany co-founder Stu­art Pud­ney­who­has­served­for 45 years.

He was pre­sented with a watch by re­tired as­so­ciate di­rec­tor Lau­rie Mould who also ded­i­cated the ma­jor­ity of his ca­reer to Prince­build.
